Builds start at £500 for a single-page site and go up to £1,000 for a fully custom multi-page build — see the pricing tiers for exactly what's included at each level. On top of that, a monthly plan from £50 covers hosting, domain and ongoing maintenance.
Typically 5–10 days from when we agree on the design, depending on the tier. You'll see a mock-up before any of that starts, so there's no surprise at the end.
Yes. The domain is registered in your name, and you own the finished site outright. The monthly plan covers me hosting and maintaining it for you — if you ever wanted to leave, you'd take the domain and site files with you.
You can cancel any time — there's no lock-in contract. We just ask for 21 days' written notice, which gives enough time to properly hand over your domain and website files rather than rushing it.
Card payments fail sometimes for boring reasons — an expired card, a bank flag — so nothing happens immediately. You'll get a notification to update your payment details, with a fair grace period before anything changes on your site, and a conversation with me well before it ever goes offline.
No — it's a 50/50 split. Half upfront to start the build, and the other half once the site is finished and you've approved it, before it goes live. The deposit is fully refundable if you change your mind before work starts.
Every build includes two rounds of revisions. If you're still not happy after that, your deposit is refunded in full and there's no obligation on either side — I'd genuinely rather that than build something you don't want.
Of course — the photo shoot included at Standard and Premium tiers is there to save you the hassle, but if you'd rather supply your own photos, that's completely fine too.
Yes — that's the whole point. Hosting, domain renewal, security updates and backups are all handled as part of your monthly plan. You never need to log into anything technical.
Yes, any time. Plenty of clients start with a Starter site and move up to Standard or Premium once the business grows, or add the quarterly photo refresh available on the Complete plan.
Yes — you're responsible for the accuracy of the content about your business (pricing, services, claims made), the same as with any marketing material. I'll help with copywriting at Premium tier, but final content is always reviewed and approved by you before it goes live.
